Innovation is the core of our identity and taking on challenges is what makes us snack experts. At Unismack we have joined forces with the Laboratories of Analytical Chemistry (Department of Chemistry) and Milk Technology (Department of Agriculture) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), in the challenging development of novel snacks with prebiotic properties and an enriched vitamin and mineral content! We will be working together to develop and validate new nutrient fortification techniques to create nutritious and healthy snacks to help balance our diet and support adequate nutritional intake.
The Snack+ project (ΚΜΡ6-0078269) is implemented under the framework of the Action Investment Plans of Innovation of the Operational Program “Central Macedonia 2014 2020”, that is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Greece.
