Ecotrophelia
Once again this year, the innovative ideas and creativity of young Greek students were demonstrated at the Ecotrophelia 2021 National Competition of Eco-innovative Food Products. Organised in Greece by SEVT, since 2011, Ecotrophelia has encouraged talented, creative students to consider a career in the food sector and gives them a fantastic opportunity to participate in a ‘real-life’ food innovation and development process while gaining key practical skills.
